
As the hot weather approaches this Margarita Cocktail inspired gose is full of fresh lime and bitter orange peel with acidity balanced by Camargue sea salt. Perfect to replenish you after a hard day at the beach!



A light and refreshing pale ale brewed in collaboration with Sulauze Farm Brewery. The key ingredient here is 5g/l of dried organic hibiscus flower petals used in our hopback giving a light tartness and floral flavour to the beer along with its lovely pink colouring. A modest dose of Sabro is used to dry hop this beer to pair subtle coconut and stone fruit aromas with the delicate hibiscus aroma.

This farmhouse saison (a first for our brewery) was brewed in collaboration with our friends from the Serpentine brewery who are experienced in delivering great beers in this classic style. A heavy dose of Chinook leaf in the hopback gives it a signature Gekko hoppiness which is paired with fruity esters from a higher than normal fermentation temperature.
